“Jesus take the Wheel!”
Nowadays, you could find yourself dealing with financial, mental, physical or spiritual trials. During those times, it may seem like there’s no one who is willing or capable of resolving the problem at hand. You may feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders, because you are dealing with multiple trials all at once. As you navigate through the maze of mayhem, encountering one issue after the other, you may feel like there is nowhere to turn.
The people standing outside of your dilemma may offer you advice, but Matthew 19:26 NIV, says Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Always seek God before, during and after any trial; and beware of ungodly advice. As you experience the trials, which have been allowed to touch your life for a season, you may not realize that you are “hanging in the balance of grace.”
God encourages you in 2 Corinthians 12:9 NIV, His grace is sufficient, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”
He is the only one who can grant the free-gift of grace, which is the unmerited favor from God. It cannot be earned nor can it be bought. Even Jesus felt the weight of the world on His shoulders as His assignment was coming to the ultimate climax. The cares of this world will try to dictate your feelings when adversity strikes, because you are unaware that it has been strategically assigned to your life. If you do not keep God’s grace in the forefront of your mind then you may fold under pressure, instead of flourishing to flawlessness.
His grace is needed as you walk through the process, pursuing His purpose for your life and eventually walking into your destiny. Isaiah 40:31 KJV, also encourages with a very powerful promise, “but they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength.” He is telling you to be patient in your wait season. You will see His wonderful grace sustain you through what can possibly be a very uncomfortable period to bear. You must allow it to be engrafted in your spirit that there is nothing too hard for the Lord, as He reminds you in Genesis 18:14 KJV. This not only applies to those who are waiting for conception of a child in their later stages of life, He also meant it for application in every area of your life.
Hebrews 4:16 KJV, eloquently states, He has lovingly given to us mercy and grace as we come boldly unto the throne of grace; to help in times of need.
As you hang in the balance of grace you can rest assured that His gift will never run out, because Jesus Christ lives forever. Until His triumphant return, you have grace along with its close companion mercy to hang on to and appreciate daily. The dunamis of God shows He can do all things, but fail.
